Methodology

The evaluation methodology includes three main elements:

1. Measuring the attractiveness of the offer

Consumers are asked to rate on a scale of 1 to 5 such characteristics of the offer as:

  • Compliance with the company's requirements

2. Assessing the quality of communication

  • Interest aroused by the description

Additional diagnostics with open-ended questions can also determine what information about the offer is missing and what else it would make sense to tell (to improve the attractiveness of the offer).

3. Diagnosis

To form recommendations for improving the product idea, research participants are asked open-ended diagnostic questions about what they like and dislike about the concept and its description.

The answers to this question allow companies to identify possible areas of improvement for the product and communication about it.
